Now a days there is difficulty in getting cash, bur after 30 December, when old notes will be banned. the scenario will change because now the new notes are being exchanged by old notes and new notes doesnt come back to bank.
After 30th Dec the new notes will come in circulation and people will start depositing in bank and the bank can provide more cash to people.
However, by the time government can provide more cash to ATMs that will stop more cash being trapped to less number of people, and also government can also make circulation of cash that has been seized by government.
